Discover My Journey

I'm Jess, a dedicated Kinesiologist on a mission to facilitate profound healing from within. My journey began with the study of clinical nutrition, driven by a genuine desire to identify the most effective approach to supporting people on their healing journey. Initially, I believed that nutrition and exercise were the cornerstones of optimal health. However, my personal exploration led me to the realisation that true healing extends beyond nutrition and exercise alone.

In my quest for holistic health and well-being, I discovered the transformative power of kinesiology, which revitalised me on emotional, physical, and chemical levels. This revelation has been life-changing, motivating me to share this transformative experience with others.

Now, in my practice, I am committed to guiding individuals toward their own transformative experiences. I firmly believe in the multi-dimensional nature of health, which is why I've delved into various studies, including Kinesiology, Personal Training, and Nutrition, and am currently pursuing studies in naturopathy and furthering my studies with Kinesiology. I am dedicated to continuous learning because I understand that knowledge is an ever-evolving tool.

In my clinic, I specialise in (but am not limited to): emotional imbalance stemming from past traumas, anxiety, self-doubt, or low confidence; chemical imbalance related to nutrition, supplements, intolerances, and hormones; physical imbalance arising from injury or pain; or metaphysical imbalance. 
My goal is to guide you on a journey to optimal health and help you thrive in every dimension of your life.
